Is your property ‘sticking’ around?

What are you talking about? Of course, we bought the house we saw! Yes, you bought the house you viewed with us, but was it the property that you originally called us about? Had it even been made available on the website yet?

There are lots of people who think that selling a property is just about sticking it on the websites and portals, sticking it in the window and sticking a For Sale board up, what I call ‘Stick it’ estate agents. Very often that property ends up ‘sticking’ around and not selling very quickly!

At Iles and Jenkin, we are far more proactive than this. We understand that the property people enquire about first is very often not the property they are going to end up buying. We work very hard to introduce those potential purchasers to other, similar properties that for various reasons the viewer has discounted. We do this by knowing all of the important saleable aspects of that property and getting to know our applicants well enough, that sometimes we know the perfect home for them, well before they do!
