A huge thank you to Lee at Iles and Jenkin for helping us with finding a new home. When handed our notice back in December 2020 from our previous landlady, and whilst things were still hugely difficult due to COVID, he was professional and helpful with finding us a new home (with a specific list of requirements!) all within budget and location. The entire process was quick, smooth and easy, and we're hugely grateful for making a stressful situation so calm and collected! We'll be back when it's time to move again - don't worry - it wont be for a long while!
As an ex letting agent myself, I’m probably pretty hard to please but Lee’s modern approach to the industry is a breath of fresh air. His communication is excellent and he responds quickly at all times. The paperwork side of things is also really simplified using online signing of documents. He found us great tenants, quickly. This is how lettings should be done. Good work.
This was an excellent, smooth, hassle free and professional transaction. From the date Lee viewed our property we had to let to the day the tenants moved in was just 3 weeks! As first time landlords we needed to know a lot of information. Lee impressed us with his knowledge in the lettings field and covered everything we needed to know and more!!
